Roster limitations

The roster is limited to a minimum of 38 players, and a maximum of 70 players. Beside that the amount of all payed weekly wages to your palyers cannot exceed 10,500,000 $ - which is the so called Salary Cap. You can't fire or sell players if you would drop below the minimum after the transaction. You can't buy or create players if you would be above the maximum roster-count after the transaction. However, you can draft players, no matter how many players your team has. If you choose to stay above the maximum roster-count and/or the Salary Cap, some players will not participate in training; the selection of those players is random with the number of non-training players being equal to the number above the maximum. If you stay above the maximum when a training session occurs, you will also receive penalties by the league authority, based on 4 levels. For each additional training session where the maximum is exceeded, your warning level rises by 1. As soon as you are back within the limit on a training session, your warning level gets reset to 0. The warning levels and the actions taken are as follows:

Warning LevelAction
1You will receive a warning in your team postbox only. Some players don't join the training.
2You will receive another warning. Some players don't join the training.
3You will receive another warning. Some players don't join the training. On top of that you will receive a final warning that you will reach warning level 4 in the coming week.
4Your roster gets cut automatically, the highest paid team members get cut and move to free agents.. Some players don't join the training, and your whole players morale will face a drop by around 30%, as long as the single player has a morale greater than 30%. If your team exceeds the Cap, 1 player gets cut and becomes a Free Agent. If your team is exceeding the Cap by more than 2,5 million, another player get cut. If your team is exceeding the Cap by more than 5 million, another 3 players will become Free Agents.
